RETURN PROCESS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return you don't need to email us, just follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging;
STEP 2: You need to add your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER;

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUND PROCESS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
*Please remember: it takes 3-5 DAYS for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
