How long does the handling process take?

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If a toy is popular and on backorder, we might send packages separately and at different times to deliver the ones available as soon as possible.

Baby Bubble Store accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
