CHANGE OF MIND

You may cancel an order within 12 hours after you place your order. 

You can contact our support team via email at contact@babybubblestore.com within 12 hours if you want to change the size or variants before we process your order.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for the same value of the store credit

  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • We process all returns within 3-5 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
  • Please email contact@babybubblestore.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest priority. 
  • Customers are required to pay for their return shipping costs.
  • All returns will be issued in the form of store credit. 
  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returned items. You will receive your store credit via email. We DO NOT issue refunds to the original method of payment. 
  • We DO NOT offer exchanges for any items. If you need to exchange an item, please return your original order and use the store credit that was emailed to you. 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our support centre by emailing contact@babybubblestore.com and give us your order number, your name and address, details of the product.

    UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

    We may on occasions have packages returned to our warehouse because it was undeliverable. This generally happens for one of the following reasons:

    • An incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout
    • The courier failed in their attempt to deliver the package or the package was not picked up from a local depot within the time specified
    • The package was refused by the recipient

    Baby Bubble Store is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable. We will also not issue a credit or refund for the items in these packages however can dispatch another one in replacement. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
