Baby Education Bath Book Review: Six Months of Splashy Storytelling
We introduced the Baby Education Bath Book when our son was 4 months old and have been using it consistently at every bath since. Six months of nightly water-logged reading later, here's our honest review.
First Impressions
The bath book arrived in a compact set of multiple books, each covering a different theme — animals, colors, shapes, and everyday objects. The material feels thick and durable. The images are vivid and clear, and the pages have a satisfying stiffness that survives wet hands without flopping.
How Our Son Engaged With It
At 4 months: He tracked the bold images with his eyes and made reaching movements toward the pages.
At 6 months: He began grabbing the books himself and chewing the corners enthusiastically. The edges showed no damage despite weeks of teething contact.
At 8 months: He developed definite preferences — always reaching for the animal book first.
At 10 months: He'd initiate reading by reaching for the books as soon as he was placed in the bath.
Durability After 180+ Bath Uses
All images remain vivid with no fading, peeling, or smearing. All pages remain separate and easy to turn. The stitched spine is completely intact. No mold visible on any book.
